today he is at the helm of one of our larger branches in Langley, managing a team of 50. Mitch's understanding of leadership, building supplies and empowerment of staff is a catalyst for his success. Byron joined the organization in 2001 and has demonstrated remarkable growth and dedication over the past 23 years. Initially starting as a swamper on the trucks, Byron quickly advanced in his career by obtaining his Class 1 License and further enhancing his skills with a mobile crane certification. His expertise led him to become a Train the Trainer for crane operators, a role he has excelled in since. Demonstrating versatility, Byron transitioned into a shipping role, where he continues to make significant contributions.
